Invitation to apply for funding support:
Disabled Peoples’ International Eighth World Assembly
As part of the Australian Government's program to provide support for participation in key international events on disability rights, which has been announced today, the Australian Human Rights Commission invites applications for funding to support participation in the Disabled Peoples’ International Eighth World Assembly which will be held in Durban, South Africa from 10 to 13 October 2011.
Applicants should refer to the criteria for funding which have been released today on the Commission's website.
In view of the limited time available before this event, applicants are requested to submit applications by email to disability@humanrights.gov.au by close of business Wednesday 5 October 2011.
