Subject: Transport request for exemption
To whom it may concern

I do not support the request for exemption by the Australian Railways under the Disability Discrimination Act, because it means that the severely physically disabled and wheelchair bound must wait five more years to be able to properly use public transport. This is totally unacceptable. The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission must reject the application. Disabled people want to be able to travel comfortably and safely from Bairnsdale to Melbourne NOW, not in 5 years.
