We, the undersigned, are members of BHA in Queensland and heard of these
matters only very recently - hence this late response. We are writing to
you as individuals and not as representatives of the BHA association.

Our feelings on this subject are very similar to those expressed in the
letter written to you by Stephen Swann. We were able to discuss the
proposals this morning and could not improve on his interpretation.

This request, we feel, sets a precedent which could well be repeated and
should, therefore, be rejected.
