Equal access to and participation in artistic and cultural life is recognised in international law as a human right (International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Article 15) - including for people with disabilities.

We hope this page will develop further. If you have, or are aware of, other resources which would be useful to include here, please let us know.
