Its About Time: Forums
The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission is beginning a series of Australia-wide forums this week to inform the community about the findings of the recently released It's About Time: Women, men, work and family Final Paper.
The forums will also be an opportunity for participants to share their experiences, opinions and priorities for future work to help men and women better balance their paid work and family responsibilities.
Details of forums in other cities and some regional centres will be announced in coming weeks. List subscribers can register their interest in attending forums in their State or Territory by emailing pennydordoy@humanrights.gov.au.
