To whom it may concern
 
As a parent of a thirteen year old hard of hearing child who wears hearing aids, I know how important 
captioning is to her understanding a movie. She uses captioning to understand TV shows. I do not 
believe that it is fair for the Cinema Industry to be given an exemption from the Disability Discrimination 
Act.
