Dear Sirs

I would like to oppose the application by cinemas to be exempt from the Disability 
Discrimination Act in relation to captioning over the next two and a half years. This 
exemption would mean that the Hearing Impaired and Deaf people who rely on 
captioning to be able to access this form of entertainment would be severely 
restricted.  Their movie going would be restricted to  a very limited number of times 
and locations.

Please do not accept this application for exemption from the Disability Discrimination 
Act.
