The Commission has an ongoing vacancy for a Senior Lawyer, Executive Level 1 ($100,180- $112,013pa plus 15.4% superannuation).

The successful applicant will conduct legal research and prepare advice on matters relating to human rights, race discrimination, sex discrimination, disability discrimination, age discrimination and privacy. The role also involves external litigation including Commission interventions, Commissioner’s amicus curiae applications and responses to Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act applications.
