The National Children's Commissioner produced a series of reports between 2013 and 2019 on the state of children's rights in Australia.

As part of their statutory obligations, the National Children's Commissioner is required to submit a report to federal Parliament each year on the enjoyment and exercise of human rights by children and young people in Australia. 2019 Report

The Children's Rights Report 2019 — In Their Own Right tells the story of how well children's rights are protected and promoted across Australia.
